Changing Rooms

We made it a point to provide our students and guests with comfortable experience when getting ready to train, as well as leave training refreshed and clean.

Changing rooms

We provide both Men’s and Women’s changing rooms with ample storage to place your clothing, gear, bags and shoes without cluttering our training areas. We also have a coat rack for people coming from work or during the winter months when jackets are a must. Get changed in comfort and come out to the mats ready to train!

Showers

We also offer beautiful and spacious showers. Two in total, these are finished with gorgeous Italian tile and are stocked with Shampoos, conditioners and body wash always. So if you forget your own, or prefer ours, please use them at your pleasure. With ample space, you may keep your clean set of clothing in the shower with you without any hesitation in them getting wet or damaged by the humidity. Get clean, feel refreshed and go on about your day / night.
